" Thanks much for the retreat today. I miss your yoga soooooo much. I am trying a class here on Monday nights right now - just a six weeker - with a lady out of her home. But it isn't the same. I like how your classes have more depth than just movements. The lady is nice but she just moves her living furniture out of the way for the class - no dedicated space. No props, no meditation, no 'deepness' to the class. We don't even start and end with namaste! I wanted something here so it was quick to get to - but so far I am disappointed. Maybe l will try to come back to your classes in your next session. "...Heather

Sleeping is good if it's restful but the awareness, focus and rejuvenation that came with being completely in the moment mentally while allowing my body to let go was powerful. "...Kathy

I am definitely a fan of restorative yoga, but I especially enjoy the retreats because you have 2.5 hrs to completely relax and expand your whole body. I feel sooo good afterwards.
I also enjoyed coming back to your studio because it reminded me how much I love your classes and how good it is for me to practice yoga. "...Vicky
" I wanted to let you know that I really enjoyed the retreat. I found it most beneficial. My whole body feels gently stretched out, my back feels stronger and my previously sore hip and knee are no longer sore.
I felt tight at the beginning of some of the poses, but that tightness eased out as I held the pose.
I left your studio feeling very relaxed.
I think everyone should take this retreat and I can't wait for the next one.

" I just want to share a few thoughts after your wonderful workshop last night. First, thank you for welcoming me into your home so warmly. You made me feel so welcome and that I was in the right place. I also appreciated the way you teach. It's very gentle, very respectful. Oh, and I loved the 'OM' recording. It's incredible. Perhaps, most of all, I want to thank you for the best sleep I've had in a long time.
